Joy

Joy is a funny thing, people feel it in different ways, like have you ever felt when you are doing something you love and you just feel a deep down joy. For some people it’s running through your favourite park. For some people it’s swimming in the ocean for the first time. For other people it’s loping through a felid on their favourite horse. And sometimes joy can even just be sitting on your deck reading a good book. Joy doesn’t have labels. It has no start and no end. Joy doesn’t just put a smile on your face it puts a smile on someone else’s face to. And if you still don’t know what joy is even though I told you quite a bit let me tell you one last thing. Joy is when you feel like your heart is going to come right out of your chest, like nothing in the world is ever going to go wrong. But let me tell you a little secret… it won’t always feel this way. Some days you will feel sad and want to hide in your bed, some days you will be filled with so much regrets and self-consciousness , some days you with feel angry and have so much rage, and some days you will just feel bad, but I will let you in on one more secret… joy is always there even if you don’t feel it or are sure you never will, it is always there. So believe, believe it’s there because it is and it ALWAYS will be. Love Ella
